Registra generosamente su viaje, reconstruye la ruta de su abuelo y conecta con los descendientes de sus amigos. En 2011, el cineasta regresa para continuar su b\u00fasqueda cuando el r\u00e9gimen de Bashar al-Assad pasa de la insurgencia a la guerra civil. La pel\u00edcula cambia de rumbo y la b\u00fasqueda de un antepasado desaparecido se convierte en una carrera hacia lo que pronto desaparecer\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Biofilmograf\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>Tras estudiar historia y cine, Lucas Vernier se dedic\u00f3 a la creaci\u00f3n de documentales. Sus pel\u00edculas, que siempre parten de algo que se le ocurre, se componen con el tiempo a partir de investigaciones y encuentros. Su primer largometraje, &#8220;Behind the Yellow Door&#8221;, juega a imaginar un encuentro post-mortem con su antiguo vecino Lutz Dille, un fot\u00f3grafo maldito atrapado en la historia del arte.
