El realizador Miguel Pereira regresa a su provincia natal de Jujuy, en Argentina, para entrevistar a los conscriptos que participaron en la Guerra de Malvinas y que estuvieron a bordo del Crucero General Belgrano. Los sobrevivientes narran su desesperada lucha para sobrevivir y la de aquellos que no regresaron.
